For the first unit in Science, we will be discussing how milk comes from the cow and goes into your cereal bowl. We will also be learning about other Dairy Products that you enjoy.
1.) Be sure to take this short quiz to find out if you are a Cow and Dairy Product Whiz. Write your answers on a piece of paper and give the paper to Mrs. Rothrock when you are finished. Pretest
2.) A Day with Coco- Click this movie below to spend time with Coco and take a tour of how milk starts with a cow and ends in your cereal bowl.
3.) Milk song- Watch this movie to hear Mrs. Rothrock and her brother sing a tune about milk. You will be creating your own song with images very soon!
4.) Word Search- Find all of your vocabulary words in this puzzle. Click print and complete. When you are finished, give it to Mrs. Rothrock.
5.) Cloze paragraph- First, click print. Then, read this paragraph about the history of milk cartons and fill in the blanks from the word box. When you are finished, give the paragraph to Mrs. Rothrock. Milk Cloze Paragraph
